The Site is more than glad to accept a product back if for any reason you do not find yourself to be 100% satisfied with what you have received. All of our customers have a 30-day window to decide if they want to keep the item they have received, starting from the day their product was delivered to them.
It is required that you contact Us directly, in written, to the email address: [email protected] or by contacting Us through the “Contact Form”, informing Us of your decision to return an item, in order for Us to provide all the information needed for the return and to facilitate as much as We can, the return process.
If you have changed your mind about the product, and you are returning it with all labels and accessories unharmed and in a perfect condition, you are able to choose to (a) receive one hundred percent (100%) refund of your payment, or (b) a replacement item of similar value. In all cases refunds are performed excluding the shipping costs initially paid for the item, and the return shipping cost.
If for any reason We did not ship the correct product to you, once the item is inspected and it is confirmed that an error occurred from Our side, We will return one hundred percent (100%) of the payment including whatever was paid by you to send the item back to Us.
The Site offers compensation either in the form of a refund or a replacement item. In case a replacement item is chosen as the compensation method, depending on the circumstances, you might need to pay the shipping cost for the item to be sent out to you.
In all cases, compensation will be provided once the returning item is delivered back to Our warehouses, and it is inspected. You will be notified within 72 hours from the moment an item is received back, as to arrange the form of compensation. You are able to contact Us at all times, to check with us what the status of the returning package is.
Refunds are processed to the Credit Cards that were initially used to pay for the items. You will need to make sure that the Credit Cards you are using are up-to-date and able to receive refunds from the processing companies (i.e. are not expired). If a refund does not reach the designated Credit Card account holder due to expiration or inactivity, the Site does not have any obligation to reimburse in any other format the Credit Card account holder. The Site urges the customers to be in contact with their Credit Card companies at all times, if any suspicious activity is detected on their account.
